About Me: Interested and passionate to share knowledge and experience with students on the subject of economics. Holding a master and bachelor degree of Economics from Universiti Malaya and University of Western Australia. Currently working as Economist for an investment bank in KL. Have been working in the same profession for the past 5 years. I started off my career as Research Officer at Malaysia Institute of Economic Research (MIER) and then joined Malaysia Industrial Development Finance as Economist. After three years spent at MIDF, I joined CGSCIMB Securities and Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad. My work experiences involved both macro and microeconomic practices. Also quantitative methods particularly in doing forecasting, impacts measuring and analyzing data trends. About My Lesson: I believe my advantages would be capable to relate the economic theories mentioned in the syllabus with real-life economic practices. Education Experience: I studied economics since secondary school and my grades on the subject always excellent mark, above 80%. I have been a private tutor since the secondary school for my classmates and friends on economics. Moving into pre-U and university years, I continued my tutoring activities for my friends. For university levels, I did some consultation works for friends in particular for thesis writing. As an economist nowadays, it is part of my job description to guide and assist junior analysts and interns to understand financial market and how it correlates with economic activities.
