Hello , I am Vicknesh , I currently reside in Kajang. I have been teaching for past 17years. And currently I am pursuing International diploma in TEFL. I hold a degree in Business Management from Sunderland University, UK. Self-motivated, enthusiastic educator with experience fostering a cohesive student learning atmosphere. Primary attribute is the ability to provide instructional leadership based on current educational trends and research. I have a genuine interest in encouraging students and teachers to believe in their ability, which leads them to further their education and practices with the classroom.My greatest strengths are my ability to connect to children on their level. My management skills in a classroom to building and maintaining a warm and successful classroom environment. As a tutor, it’s how I define myself. A good teacher isn’t someone who gives the answer out to their students but is understanding of needs and challenges and gives tools to help other students to succeed.
