I have over 20 years of experience in education and Information Technology. I have taught my Universities and college in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Teaching is my passion, hence my teaching style is not off the traditional. My teaching is 'bottom-up', which will share their knowledge on the subject matters. A lot of application involve in during my session. A lot of applications involved during my session. Application stimulates student’s mind so he/she do not have to memorize things. Presentation is a must in my class so that the student can be confident when he/she starting working. I stress learning instead of memorizing. My teaching is 'bottom-up', which will share their knowledge on the subject matters. A lot of applications involved during my session. With the application of the subject, the student can understand better. I emphasize student participation in the class or do a presentation, in this, they improve their speech and self-confidence when they in public. I took the post of lecturer because I needed money and after 3 years I move back to the IT industry which I worked for 8 years however during this period my burning desire to teach is there. Therefore, I continue to teach after office hours. In 2009, I got a job at Universiti of Kuala Lumpur as the IT lecturer and from there I went to other universities or colleges. I even went to KL to be Head of Department (IT) cum lecturer in a private college. The highest post that I ever held was the Head of Academics at a private college in Johor Bahru.
