NUR IZZAH

Hi there I am Izzah, graduated student from University of Malaya in Bachelor of Science in Physics. I was an intern in a company called Kidocode Sdn Bhd for 2 months. KidoCode is a community that provides computer programming, math, and digital art courses for students of all ages. They provide the need-to-know skills that we just can't get in school, with a focus on computational thinking. During the internship, I not only learnt about programming, web development and coding but also I managed to gain new skills in teaching by using the software provided. I do have experience in being a substitute teacher for good four months in a government school. I also had joined tuition centres (Kumon and SIR tuition centre) to brush up my skills too. I am truly passionate in becoming a teacher or a tutor to help students in need, especially in the subject I expertise in, which is Physics . I plan to have an online tutor with my students in related subjects, which I would use Microsoft team platform to teach. I will prepare my slides and share my laptop screen with my student. I would prepare questions on certain topics that I teach on that particular day to ensure their understanding. Therefore I need to get to know earlier and set appointment and date first at every class so that I am well prepared. I am very enthusiastic at the prospect of joining and become one of the teachers in the school and leveraging my knowledge in Physics as I had already completed Bsc in Science Physics for 3 and a half year in University of Malaya. I would love to be able to contribute again to the society and more specifically to all dear students in need. To talk about experience, I do have experience in teaching school kids in a government school for the past few months, which had become a spark in me to realise how much I enjoy being not only an educator alone, but also an inspiration and also an influencer to them in a good way. Being an educator also allows me to keep learning and growing in knowledge.
