I am a graduate from University of Malaya (UM) with first Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) with CGPA 2.67 in 2006. I have experienced in accounting more than 13 years including 5 years audit experience. In my 14 years of experiences, I have been coaching staff and managing subordinates under my team. 1. To know my students. Understand who i'm going to educate. Anticipate various learning styles (visual, auditory, tactile or a combination). Arrange the lesson plan to incorporate all learning styles through independent and group exercises. Choose to plan ahead of time to increase engagement and interaction. 2. Set learning objectives - will provides a detailed description of what students will be able to do upon completing a course. The statement should be simple and to the point. It is the teacher's role to help students understand how to use the information they will learn during the lesson in a practical way. 3. Write the objective for the lesson. Outline the main topics or ideas to cover during the lesson. 4. Plan the timeline.
