About Me: I am fresh graduated as Arabic Language and Literature student's. I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I am Passionate Teacher with more than two years of experience developing and implementing diverse curriculums covering wide range of subjects. Highly skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts via interactive classroom instruction and observation. Successful in helping students develop strong literacy, social and learning skills. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. About My Lesson: - applying behavioral management with three R'sof Respect, Response and the Right way to learn - Kept students on-task with proactive behavior modification and positive reinforcement strategies. - Encouraged creative thinking and motivated students by addressing individual strengths and weaknesses based on standardized testing results. - Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators and parents to help students reach learning objectives. Education Experience: I was experience teaching kids one to one session and also in a class. Both of these need to use different way style of learning. In one to one session teacher needs to identify how was student attitude and their way to learn. As a teacher we cannot use same way like other students because different student have different attitude and we need to make a different style of teaching that suitable with them. Then my teaching style in a classroom is primarily centered on class engagement. I adapt my teaching style in order to cater for everyone and make the material as interesting as possible.
