I am a cheerful, energetic, and responsible person. I am good in communicating and understanding students. I am easy to collaborate with people. I used to be a team leader during my university time, as I am good in handling critical situations, organizing things and people, and making decisions. I am a confident person. This can be seen through my presentation style. I am never shy to learn and ask. I always try my best to learn and gather information as much as I can. Teaching is my passion.
Although I do not have any experience in teaching, officially, but I do teach people such as my nephews, friends, juniors and colleagues. I often teach ,my friends, by conducting small classes. Every semester, I will conduct the small classes as my friends request me to do the class. I will be continuing my Master's Degree in UKM soon. The purpose of continuing my Master's Degree, is because I would like to be a lecturer. I am looking forward to be a certified tutor, as I believed that this is a new step and challenge that I should take as this will be a good experience and exposure for me. I can teach Mathematics, Science, Economics. I am confident with these 3 subjects. For University subjects, I can teach Human Resource Management, Management, Business Research, Project Management, and others as I am a Diploma holder for Human Resource Management.
During my internship for 6 months, I was in a Human Resource Department where I was taught to be a responsible, learner, and brave person. Being part of PayNet team during my internship, has taught me to understand that different people has different personality, behaviors and attitudes. This is really helpful as I can apply and use different personality to different people.
During my University time, I involved in several projects at College projects and Faculty projects. I have hold positions as Director of project, Deputy Director for project, Manager position for arts and culture University’s project, team leader for sports, and floor representative for my college. All these had taught me on how to manage and lead people, how important team work are, how important to make sure that all committee involve, how important deadlines and plans are, how important communication between the teams, and how important not to only direct people, but being involve together.
