I have been teaching for 7 years plus. Over the course of my teaching, I duly understand that there are all kinds of students. I have also noticed that with individual attention, their performances improve significantly, which I thrive in. I usually do not follow the book in teaching them. I train them to ask questions, which is a very effective way to learn because as the saying goes, geniuses are not made, not born. I also occasionally teach them adulthood survival tips such as ways to manage their debts, paying taxes, etc. I prefer to create a fun environment for students to learn from. I always make sure there's a two way communication and they understand what I'm teaching. Can handle all kind of students and able to show progress in terms of their results and attitude. Free intensive classes from time to time and update of students' progress to parents. For every subchapters, I will engage the students with exercise and make sure they understand what they study fully. Besides that, I also do a brief revision for every previous lesson. I prefer to make them understand before I apply the application of memorizing. Been teaching for 7 years plus and I usually do crash courses both online and in person to prepare them for exams.
