My first degree is chemical engineering, from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Upon graduating, I started as a process engjneer in oleochemical industry. After working for several years, I decided to pursue master study in business management in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. As a part time student, apart from those theories and coursework, I learned the importance of time management. In 2019, I decided to move to Indonesia, together with my husband to start a new assignment there. Our main focus was to start up a new oleochemical plant in Dumai, Sumatera.I have been in the same industry for more than 7 years.Make students interested to learn more about the subjects. Create some small rewards for them - like cute stickers or beautiful chop signs whenever they perform well. Change the way of communication, respect their opinions to improve their engagement in class.I worked as a temporary teacher in SJKC for 6 months time. I was assigned to teach BM and Science. In addition, I was also having home tuition experience for primary school (SJKC) - all subjects and also teaching additional maths for form 4 and form 5 students.
