I am Siti Hanisah, just completed a Master's Degree in Highway and Transportation Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia. I am expected to graduate in November 2020. I studied civil engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak for my Bachelor's Degree. As much as I love engineering, I love teaching as well. I am planning to become a lecturer instead after gaining a few years of experience working as an engineer. The main reason I love teaching is, I love sharing and hearing ideas and stories from my students because as for me, every opinions matter. As for the study plan, usually during the first day, I do prepare some basic questions and teaching materials just to get to know the students' level for the subject. Afterwards, I will liaise with the school's syllabus so that students will not get confused with what I teach. I do prepare some games during teaching lessons so that students will not get bored as for my teaching materials. I started my teaching experience as a Math Tutor in Kumon for 6 months. I assisted the students with worksheets given and explained the best way to tackle the questions and solved it. I was in charge of high-level Mathematics in Kumon which is Level G and above which is positive and negative numbers. Then I started working as a temporary Mathematics Teacher in International Islamic School for 2 months for grade 6. I assisted the students for the preparation of Cambridge Primary Checkpoint exam. During the time, I spent most of the time revising the past-year questions with the students. I also taught Bahasa Melayu for grade 3 students. Since then, I work as a Private Home Tutor for primary students. I teach reading, Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics and simple English.
