About Me: Dr. Arpit Jain received his B.Eng. from SVITS, Indore, India in 2007, received his M.Eng. from Thapar university, Patiala, India in 2009. He did his Ph.D. from UPES, Dehradun, India in 2018. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES). The subjects of his interest are: 1. Physics. 2. Mathematics 3. Electronics Engineering domain subjects (Diploma, undergraduate and graduate courses)About My Lesson: I believe every students has a unique talent and a hidden personal style. I follow a 3 step procedure: 1. The maximum learning takes place when a teacher correlates the knowledge from the book (theory) with real-life examples. 2. Interaction is the most important aspect of teaching and the sessions should be bilateral. 3. Regular assessments and feedback helps a student recognize his weak and string areas and motivates student to excel performance. Education Experience: I have been into teaching since 2002 (in my school days) I used to teach my brothers and sisters. They appreciated my teaching style and the simplicity of the explanations. This encouraged me to take the teaching profession seriously and I crafted my path into academics. Since 2009 I have been full time teacher and had interacted with 1000+ students, I have been mentor to my students crafting their career paths and polishing myself to be a better teacher with every student I interact. My biggest reward is the success of my students, today I have a lot of students working in every domain of life and every continent. This makes me a humble human being a gives me strong motivation. The online platform gives a chance to interact with students from diverse backgrounds and understanding level which I particularly love. Apart from university level teaching, I have been a part of 3 online tutoring systems in past 3 years and they have taught me more than my 10 years experience in university level teaching. I am on a life-ling mission to spread knowledge and inspire students to become think-tank for tomorrow.
