Please note that this Data Protection and Privacy Policy also applies to all TKL webpages and may be updated and modified by us at any time and for any reason. This Policy acts in supplement with any previous agreement or consent that you may have provided us with regards to your personal information. By agreeing to its terms you hereby acknowledge and agree that we along with our Website and associated agents and/or representatives have all necessary permissions to collect, use, disclose and share among ourselves your personal information as outlined in this Policy Statement.

Additionally we auto-collect some system information including your IP address, web browser type and version, operating system type, browsing history etc. We may also collect additional payment information including the last 4 digits of your credit card, in case you perform any online transaction / booking / purchase on our Website.

Geographic/ Geospatial Information
The Personal Data collected by us includes geographic information such as your location, address and postal code.
For tuition requests, TuitionKL redirects all personal information and simply displays the location of the request on Google Map. This requires the use of geographic coordinates (e.g. Geocode). We use Google Map for all geocoding purpose and apply only the street name of the request location to obtain the geocode. We are aware that in some cases, this may still be used to locate and identify the person making such request, so our website algorithm reduces the accuracy of all geographic information by 1 sq km.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser. In case there is any contractual obligation existing at the time of your request to opt-out, the same will be processed after the contract is considered as concluded from both sides.
